We all have likes and dislikes when it comes to men. Some of us like tall men, others like shorter dudes, some like guys with dark hair and while other fancy a guy with light hair. This is considered to be o.k, because you think: well, they are my preferences, they are the kind of guys I like.
What happens when these tastes take a turn into race, religion, color of skin and money and you will not date guys because of these things. Is this a matter of tastes or is this discrimination?
Do you think a profile that says: "No Blacks, no Jews and no Orientals." Is offensive and is using discrimination or are they only stating a personal preference not to date these kind of people.
For me I think that these kind of descriptions are really pointless. They could let others know something about what you are looking for but ultimately they show a narrow-mindedness that is not very attractive at all. You don't have to go around telling everyone what you like and don't like, it can just be a natural thing. If someone that you don't think you fancy sends you a message, you don't have write back to them and say: sorry I won't date you because you're Latin/Arab, etc....It seems a rude and really unnecessary.
I want to hear from all of you out there. Can we have our tastes in men and not have them turn into mindless discrimination?
You decided.
