Tattoo This?

I have seen my share of tattoos and some I have found to be very sexy and others....well..... not so much. It got me thinking where do we Gays stand on tattoos? Do we LUV'em or do we hate them?

I think that it depends on the kind of tattoo you have really. I hate it when guys tattoo people's names or when they tattoo the face of someone on their arm or something tacky like that. Anything too big is a tad tacky and not really eye pleasing.  I  do like it, when they go for some sort of design or pattern that makes them look better and something that can actually add to the hotness not detract. That, I think is the key

.

So when it comes to body ink, where do you stand? Do you have any tattoos that you wish you hadn't got? I'm personally too much of a pussy to go through the pain of getting one but I've heard that being drunk off your ass really numbs the pain! Let's hear it Gays! What do YOU Think?

I have 2 tattoo's that i love. One is in memory of my dad, the other is for my mum. Personally I think that tattoo's are sexy if they are a good design and well done. Oh and getting drunk will not help as any good tattoo shop will not work on you in that condition! lol

Not on the head;  not on the hands and certainly not on the cock - that would be a sure turn-off for me.  But , as above,  a clever, light-hearted design, not too big and not too many in an interesting position, maybe to draw attention to a feature you're proud of,  that could attract me.  Only to be seen when partly clothed or completely naked.  Then it assumes an intriguing intimacy.  The tattoo should be unexpected;  a surprise; amusing perhaps; a statement but not a public one.
How I hate to see those guys who have had them done over the years all over their bodies;  all that expanse of faded blue ink.  They look dirty, even fresh from the shower.
Personally, tattooing is not for me.  I've never understood why anyone should want to disfigure their body in that way.

@Exmouth Mark, I had no idea that they wouldn't work on you if you were drunk! i thought it was the only way to go!

@dwellgb, I'm with you on the disfiguring the body bit!

I think people like Beckham have overdone it, but I find tattoos attractive, even those tacky tribal ones that people pick from a wall rather than choosing their own design. That said, the more unique the better, and tattoos that peek over the waistband of their trousers and then disappears underneath...love it!

I think the guy in the first pic looks fucking great and his tattoos are a great turn on!

Not keen, Tat's can be a turn off for me. Maybe one, or two are ok.  I thiink that they used to be more interesting/sexy/unique when fewer people had them. The world and his wife now have tattoos and it has lost its individuality and just become a fashion necessity.
If you have a nice looking bod guys, please don't spoil it too much. If, like me you don't have a nice bod, then don't make it worse.  Thanks

Steven Hayes was found guilty today in the deadly home invasion that left a woman and her two daughters brutalized and murdered, making him eligible for the death penalty. The jury deliberated for several hours before finding Hayes guilty of 16 of the 17 counts he faced. Hayes was convicted of six capital crimes, including the murder and kidnapping of Jennifer Hawke-Petit and her daughters, Hayley, 17, and Michaela, 11, all of which are punishable by execution. As the verdict was read, Dr. William Petit, the only survivor of the slaughter, clutched his sister but remained stoic. Relatives of his slain wife wept while Hayes hung his head.

As it did on the opening day of MLB's regular season, the NFL has again stolen some spotlight from baseball on the opening day of its playoffs. The New England Patriots' trade of Randy Moss to the Minnesota Vikings is likely to interrupt the news coverage of baseball's triple-header playoff opener. On opening day in April, the Philadelphia Eagles' trade of Donovan McNabb to the Washington Redskins broke during the MLB season's nationally-televised first game. It pushed the league's premier rivalry, Yankees-Red Sox, to second-tier news behind McNabb.

Gov. Charlie Crist made rounds Sunday in Tampa, reaching out to the Hispanic community in hopes of gaining votes in his U.S. Senate campaign. He hosted a spaghetti lunch honoring the girls of the West Tampa Little League junior softball team, which had competed in the Junior League Softball World Series. The event was held at the Tampa Letter Carriers Hall, the venue where Crist's Democratic opponent, Kendrick Meek, held a rally with former Vice President Al Gore last week.

Sri Lanka’s telecom industry is expecting better times fuelled by increasing mobile phone usage, regulatory interventions and post-war economic growth. “Optimism is running high in Sri Lanka, both economically and in the telecom sector,” said the latest telecommunication industry report from CIMB Research Pte Ltd, from Malaysia’s CIMB Group. The report said Sri Lanka’s number one mobile operator Dialog Axiata is expecting good revenue growth from higher tariffs since the introduction of floor tariffs by the telecom regulator. A minimum price of Rs 2.00 per minute (1.8 US cents) for off-network calls, Rs1.00 per minute for on-network calls and Rs 0.15 per SMS has been set, which has helped to control price competition. The minimum price will be gradually removed within 12months -24 months from July 2010. However, mobile phone usage itself is expected to increase in the country. So large, established mobile operators like Dialog, are expected to do well.

Phil Hughes graduated out of diapers and became a man in his performance against the Minnesota Twins last night, as the Yankees finished their sweep of the Twinkies with a 6-1 win to move on to the American League Championship Series. Hughes went seven shutout innings and only gave up four hits and one walk, while striking out six. He became the first Yankee pitcher to go seven innings or more with a shutout since Mike Mussina in the 2001 ALDS. Marcus Thames broke the game open with a two-run homer in the fourth off of Brian Deunsing. Nick Swisher homered to cap things off. The Yanks await the winner of the Rays-Rangers series, as the Rays finally showed up, getting a Game 3 win on the road to stay alive and make it a 2-1 series. They beat the Rangers in Arlington, 6-3. Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It's very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.
