Are We Sluts?

We polled over 2,500 Mancentral members and asked the question:How many dates would you go on, before you have sex with you potential man? The options were A) 1 date B) 2 dates or more C) I would have sex with him once he is my official boyfriend D) I would have sex with him whenever the moment was right and E) None, sex would be the date.

So, now to the results which will for once and for all answer that age old question: Are we sluts?

Only 4% of you would have sex with your man only once you call him boyfriend, so there are the prudes for us! In 4th place, 8% of you would have sex after the first date, so there are some of you out there that are a tad cautious with sex. Surprisingly in 3rd place 9% would wait to have 2 or more dates before you have the big SEX-O. In total 21% of you would hold out on sex. Good on you! Keep it tight!

 

 

Now here we go with the top 2. In second place, 33% of you would have sex on the first date, so it would either be that sex would be the date or dinner, movie and ending with sex. Little minxes! And finally, the top spot with 45%, it's having sex whenever the moment was right, so that could be anywhere from the first hour to 2 or 3 years! It all pretty much depends on the relationship.

I think this answers the question, are we sluts, pretty well. Whether some want to call us gays sluts or not, one thing is very clear, we are all much more open-minded when it comes to dating and sex. So now over to you, is this something we should be proud of? Fetish Me This, Fetish Me That.

Over the weekend we asked Mancentral members about their kinky side. The response was overwhelming and over 4,500 members answered our question that was:

Out of all the fetishes out there, which one does it for you? The options were A) Leather/Whips/Chains/Bondage B) Piss play C) Scatting D) None of the above.

Well, you all really let us know what was on your mind and the results are not what I expected at all. We will start of with the least popular answer. Coming in with a miserable 1% of the vote, we have scatting. So, I guess when it comes to poop it's a no go for almost all of you! Then with a healthy 10% we had piss play. I think now piss play is more accepted than it was say 5 years ago, that is why more people are willing to admit that they are into playing with pee. Good for them!

 

 

 

Coming in with 12% we have leather/whips/chains/bondage. I really thought that these were going to be a lot more popular. There are entire nights dedicated to leather and bondage but obviously it's not as popular as it was maybe 5 or 10 years ago. In second place we have underwear/jockstraps with a healthy 35% this really is no surprise as many out there have a thing for underwear especially jockstraps.they are quite sexy I must say.

Now, here is where it gets interesting, the number 1 answer with over 40% was none of the above/other. Of course people would not just vote for that one WITHOUT telling us what they like. There was 1 very popular comment that more than half of the members questioned wrote and it was none other than the true blue: foot fetish.

I knew that many had a thing for feet but I had no idea it was this popular! It is a fetish that almost anyone (with nice feet) can enjoy or maybe some like guys with nasty toes, but one thing is for sure it's all up for grabs when it comes to the feet!

Work It With Paul!

Time is precious....... Time is money...... We all live increasingly hectic and sometimes stressful lives. So, how can we make the most of our training?

What if I told you, that by simply completing 3 basic exercises, you would have worked all the major muscle groups in your body and you could even do it in 30 minutes?!

Don’t believe me? Ok, concentrate. Here comes the science bit.

If done correctly, with good form and taking the muscles to exhaustion (and by that I mean that you cannot get one more rep out), then all you need to do is push, pull and squat! Ok, so it’s not quite that simple. If it were, I and many other Personal trainers would be out of a job, but if you have the knowledge, you can build a better body.

So, let’s look firstly at those all important chest (or Pectorals, to give them their correct name). We all want those to look good when we are dancing with our t-shirts off.

What are the muscles involved in, say, a chest press or a press up? Well, obviously the pecs, but your shoulders and triceps also get a workout. Your core muscles will be worked in a press up. Not so much in a chest press as the bench supports you.

So, now to the ‘pull’ part of the session (and no, that’s not about pulling the hot guy on the bench next to you! Concentrate)! Pull ups are one of the best exercises for strengthening the back muscles. Yes they are hard, but if they were easy they wouldn’t be so good for us would they?

The pull up works the latissimus dorsi (or lats), trapezius, rhomboids, biceps, shoulders and again, to a certain degree, core muscles. That’s a lot of muscles in one exercise. No wonder they are so damn hard!


 

So, we have just about covered the upper body with those two moves. Now let’s look at an area that is, sadly, all too often neglected.........Oh yes, it’s the dreaded legs! How many of you out there are guilty of not training your legs?

We trainers have heard all the excuses under the sun, including “my cats just died”.  No one wants to look at ‘chicken legs’ or as a friend of mine so elegantly puts it, “two pieces of cotton blowing in the wind”. If you have the upper body of a Greek god, it’s only right that the lower half matches. Collars and Cuffs and all that.......!

The lower body contains the largest and most powerful muscle in the human body – the gluteus maximus. In addition there are a pretty large set of quadriceps, hamstrings and calf muscles and to kick these babies into touch you have got to push them hard. Yes, training legs is hard, but you gotta put the work in to get the results and next time we are going to look at various training methods, but for now, let’s look at the basic squat.

The basic squat, if performed correctly will hit your glutes and quads and with variations can also target your hamstrings and calf muscles.

So there you have it. Three exercises working just about every major muscle group in the body. The more muscles work, the more fat burned and more testosterone released, the more testosterone released the more muscle growth. Sure a bicep curl will give you nice biceps, but that’s it. A pull up will give you that and so much more.

Remember. Compound moves!

Gonna Make Ya Sweat!

We all want to look good and we know that in order to do that we gotta hit the gym. This is the best time to get into shape cos before you know it, it's gonna be warm and the tops will be flying off! Let's face it, no one wants to bring muffin tops to the party!

Mancentral has compiled a list to help you get started when you're at the gym. This quick list consists of both style and workout tips, So lets get it started!

1. Invest in a good pair of trainers. If you're wearing your Converse classics to the gym and are you're doing proper cardio like running, you could find yourself in a world of pain after your workout! Take yourself to a specialist running store and let the experts find a pair that are best for you. Make sure you replace your trainers once you've done 500 miles.

2. Good Underwear is key. Not only is it not attractive to see a guy with the saggiest underwear but this is doing no favours for your "equipment." (AKA balls) Make sure that you get underwear that gives you proper support and that alllows everything to breathe, after all you will be sweating like a hooker at a gang bang! Invest in high quailty cotton or specail sports underwear and say buh-bye to jock-itch!

 

 

3. Get some gloves man! If you lift weights at the gym you'll know that you will end up with nasty callouses on your hands. These are very hard to get rid of and of course very, vey unattractive when you are stoking your partner's.... o.k we won't go there! Just get yourself a pair of weight-lifting gloves to avoid a "rough situation."

4. Workout with a buddy. Getting yourself a workout buddy will keep you motivated for longer. You'll push eachother when you both feel like giving up. This is especially good for those that don't like to go to the gym as working out with someone else will make time fly by and you'll soon realise that you can actually have fun working out! (yes, it is actually possible!)

 

 

So, there you have'em some quick tips to kick off your workout plan and of course if you don't know where you can find that workout buddy for the last tip you can always take ask a hottie from Mancentral to spot you, We are sure they will not mind!

PDA: How Far Would You Go?

A lot of us have a boyfriend/partner/hubby etc.. and sometimes when we are feeling romantic there is nothing better than just grabbing his hand and walking slowly down the street. Many think this sounds nice and would totally do it in public, however there are some that cringe at the idea of any PDA. (Public Display Of Affection) Is it really that bad to show someone how much you care for them in public by innocently holding their hand, kissing them gently on the lips or stroking thier bottom while you both stroll around town?


It seems as though straight people can get away with a whole lot more than gays when it comes to PDA's. But seriously I think we need to draw the line somewhere. Last week I was on the tube and there was this couple sucking face and it was just beyond annoying. Do we allreally need to see that much affection in public? There were many on the tube that had that "Get A Room" look in their eyes. In London it's quite an everyday thing to see gay couples holding hands and sometimes even kissing on the streets. BUt is all this dispaly of affection really necesarry or just for show?
