Meeting a guy for the first time can be  a tad stressful. It can be the case that you guys have been chatting for some days, weeks etc... and then finally decide to meet up or it could also be that you chatted for 30 min and are meeting to hook-up for a hot-n-horny session both carry some element of expectation.

Most of us will not meet another guy unless we have swapped pictures but even then pictures can only take us so far. Meeting in the flesh will let you know if there is chemistry or if it's back to Mancentral to find another stud for the night or for the rest of your life! We all notice different things when we meet a guy for the first time and Mancentral wanted to find out exactly what that was and asked over 2,700 members:

When you meet a guy, what is the first thing you notice about him?

The options were A) his bum B) his body C) the bulge in his pants D) his face; eyes, lips, etc... and E) his hands.

Coming in with a mere 0.99% (less than 1%!) were the hands. I thought this would have been more important to us but obviously we gays could care less about how clean or grubby our fellas hands are, well you learn something new everyday! In 4th place, with 7%, you said that you notice his bum (ass, arse you get the idea!) first. Again, I thought this would have been much higher given that some of us have a deep fascination with the male bum! (yes, I include myself in this category and I demand a recount!) In 3rd place with 15% of the votes, you said you notice a fellas body. This is not that surprising and I figured it would be in the top 3.

In 2nd place with 22% of the votes, you all notice the bulge in his pants! Ha! I knew it! How much can you really tell by the bulge in a guys jeans, trousers. etc...? It would seem kind of awkward that in the first meeting your eyes would go directly to his crotch and not somewhere else.. like maybe his face! Well, I should not speak so soon, cos coming in with more than half of the votes, 54.98% to be exact, you said that the first thing you noticed about a guy was his face, eyes, lips, etc... This is good to know for all of you that are meeting someone for the first time, some may be looking at your crotch but the majority of the guys you meet will have a little less interest in whats going on between your legs and more interest in what's going on with the mug! Heart-warming isn't it?

Being gay is great and I wouldn't change it for anything in the world but there are times when guys really piss me off and annoy the hell out of me, so Mancentral has decided to ask you what annoys you most about guys, men, boys, studs, hunks, you get the point! Obviously the list could be endless but we managed to break it down to some of the things that most guys complain about.

Which of these options annoys you the most about men? The possible choices were A) guys that are selfish in bed B) men that say that they want a relationship when in reality they just want to hook up C) camp guys and D) guys that say they will call but you never hear from them again.

We surveyed 2,800 members, so let's get started and find out the results! Coming in 4th place with 11% of the votes guys that are selfish in bed annoy you.. Well kinda, I mean 11% is not really that much. I thought it would have been more than that! In 3rd place we have guys that say they want a relationship when in reality they just want to hook up with 13% of the votes. I guess most of you aren't bothered by empty promises of a relationship as long as you get yourself a little something! Ha!

In 2nd place with 30% we have camp guys annoying you. For me this is a bit surprising. I don't know what it is with us gays not liking some camp in our lives. I have yet to meet a gay man that isn't a bit camp at one point in his life. I just don't that one, but apparently they annoy you and a lot! Finally, coming in first place with 43% are those guys that say they will call you yet you never hear from them again! That is what truly annoys you the most and I will have to say that I agree. There is nothing more annoying than that! I mean if you are not gonna call don't say you will!! Simples.
